1. How long is the lease term?

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and lease term options.

2. What lease options are available?

Residents may choose to lease an entire apartment or sign an individual lease for a private bedroom.

3. Is the apartment furnished?

Yes, all apartments come fully furnished. A furniture package fee applies based on floor plan. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.

4. What utilities are residents responsible for?

Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash. These charges will be posted directly to the resident ledger. Internet service is $65/month per unit.

5. Do you accept international students?

Yes, international students are welcome. Applicants may be asked to provide a valid I-20 and F-1 visa copy as part of the application process.

6. Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are pet-friendly. The following fees apply: One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet Pet Rent: $35 per pet/month Breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for details.

7. Is parking available?
